Clare M. Gorman is the Director of Resource Development for The Baltimore Station, a residential, therapeutic recovery program for men who have become homeless largely due to a history of chronic substance abuse. The program operates in two former fire houses -- in the South Baltimore and Seton Hill neighborhoods -- and collectively includes 90 beds in a dormitory setting. Ms. Gorman previously served as the Executive Director and prior to that, was the Marketing Director for Enterprise Community Investment, a national leader in affordable housing and community development.
Ms. Gorman’s community service includes serving as the Board Secretary of Live Baltimore, former President of the Board of The Baltimore Station, and a member of the Alumni Advisory Board to the Communications Arts Department of the College of Notre Dame of Maryland.
Ms. Gorman received her bachelor’s degree cum laude from the College of Notre Dame of Maryland. She is a graduate of the 2005 class of the Weinberg Fellows Program where she was named the Baltimore Ambassador in the Weinberg Ambassador Exchange Program. |
