Michael V. Seipp is the Executive Director The Baltimore Station, a residential, therapeutic recovery program for men who have become homeless largely due to a history of chronic substance abuse. The program operates in two former fire houses --in the South Baltimore and Seton Hill neighborhoods -- and collectively includes 90 beds in a dormitory setting. Prior to joining The Baltimore Station, Mr. Seipp served in a number of housing and community development positions in government and the non-profit sector, including Deputy Commissioner of the City’s Department of Housing and Commuity Development amd most recently President and CEO of Greater Baltimore AHC Inc., a non-profit dedicated to the preservation of affordable housing.
Mr. Seipp’s community service includes serving as the Board President of Community Capital of Maryland, Board Treasurer of Maryland Small Business Development Finance Authority, President of the Housing Assistance Corporation, and Board memberships of The Community Law Center and CPHA.
Mr. Seipp received his bachelor’s degree from the St. Joseph’s University.
