Rebecca Mules, President
Director of Scheduling, Governor Martin O’Malley. Ms. Mules’ responsibilities include being the gatekeeper of Governor O'Malley's time and determining how that time is spent to benefit his family, the administration's agenda and the residents of Maryland. Ms. Mules served in the same capacity for Governor O’Malley during his terms as Mayor of Baltimore. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from Gettysburg College and is a resident of Baltimore City.
Frieda Ulman, Vice President
President, Movie Time Video in Federal Hill. A long-time resident of the Federal Hill neighborhood, Ms. Ulman is active in many civic and business associations, including Federal Hill Main Street Association and South Baltimore Business Association. Prior to owning Movie Time Video, Frieda was involved with several other business ventures and taught special education in Baltimore City Schools.
Teri Menke Guarnaccia, Secretary

In addition to participating in real estate finance transactions, including representation of large institutional lenders, her practice is concentrated in the public finance area, where she has acted as underwriter's counsel and bond counsel in numerous tax-exempt and taxable bond financings. Teri is a member of the American Bar Association, Maryland State Bar Association, and the National Association of Bond Lawyers. She is a graduate of Tulane University (B.A., cum laude, 1993) and Cornell Law School (J.D. 1996).

Steve was previously an equity analyst with Alex Brown in Baltimore, and a banker with Deutsche Bank AG in New York. Steve received a MBA from Tulane University in New Orleans, LA, and a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
Allison Barlow, At Large
Associate Director, Johns Hopkins Center for American Indian Health and a faculty member at the Hopkins School of Public Health. Since joining the Center in 1991, she has assumed responsibility for overseeing the development, implementation, management and evaluation of all behavioral health programs created by the Center in partnership with tribes across the nation. Her academic concentration is in the area of family strengthening and family-based approaches to promoting children's health and parent's life skills. Allison received her Bachelor's degree from Dartmouth College in 1986. Through a Rotary International Fellowship Award, she received her Master's of Arts in Ethnography in 1990 from the University of Melbourne, Australia, where she studied the impact of race relations on Aboriginal literature and literary voice. She received her Master's in Public Health, receiving Delta Omega Honors at Johns Hopkins University in 1996.
Patrick Connor
Patrick Connor has been self-employed since 1986 and is the owner of CONNOR, a Maryland based firm employing approximately 75 people. Born and raised in Baltimore City and educated at Loyola High School and Towson University, Patrick serves as the primary contact between the South Baltimore Station and Loyola Blakefield. Patrick served in the United States Navy from 1978 until honorably discharged in 1984. He obtained the rank of First Class Petty Officer (E-6) and his Naval Enlisted Classification was (Submarine Duty) Engineering Laboratory Technician and Machinist Mate.
Michael Cusack
Vice President, International Maritime Division, M & T Bank. Michael has been with M & T Bank and its corporate predecessors since 1981. After initially working in the Latin American Division, he transferred in 1985 to the International Maritime Division which provides a full area of credit, cash management, investment, trust and hedging products its shipping clients. Michael has lived in South Baltimore since 1985 and is active in a number of area nonprofits. Michael graduated summa cum laude from Towson University with a BA in Economics and has a MBA from the University of Baltimore.
Ted Durr
Interim Pastor, Presbytery of Baltimore. Ted has been active in community related activities in one way or another all of his professional life. He graduated from Princeton Theological Seminary in 1957 and immediately became the organizing of the Perry Hall Presbyterian Church. While there, in addition to participating in the programs of local service clubs and schools, he organized Perry Hall ministerial, an ecumenical group of Protestant and Catholic clergy which cooperated regarding social faith related concerns.

Prior to her work with Baltimore Advisors, she worked for seven years in nearly every aspect of a national wholesale distributor. JHR Pest Control. Prior to joining JHR, Ron was an Inspector for Home Paramount, one of the largest pest control companies in the Mid-Atlantic. He was employed with Home Paramount since 1997 and was responsible for home inspections in the largest territory in Anne Arundel County. Prior to 1997, Ron was a resident at the South Baltimore Station for 9 months. He has been a strong advocate and a regular speaker at The Baltimore Station engagements for a number of years.
Steve Stenersen
Executive Director, US Lacrosse, the national governing body of men’s and women’s lacrosse. US Lacrosse has more than 200,000 members in 54 regional chapters and annually invests more than $10 million into the promotion and development of the sport, as well as member service. Steve serves as the chief staff executive for US Lacrosse and reports to the organization’s 32-member national Board of Directors, which sets organizational policy and strategic direction. He also serves as the chief staff executive for the US Lacrosse Foundation, an independent nonprofit organization which is governed by a 21-member Board of Directors, the mission of which is to provide greater financial resources to support US Lacrosse operations.
Steve, a native Baltimorean who attended St. Paul’s School and received his B.A. in Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, resides in Butler, MD, with his wife, Garvey, and their two children.
